Cancellation and Reservation Policy

  • All reservations require a valid credit card, client contact information, and trip details.
  • Reservations are processed daily, and confirmation will be sent via email. Payment submissions, where applicable, may be completed through our online platform and must be completed within 24 hrs of receiving your booking confirmation in order for us to continue holding your reservation.
  • Clients are responsible for verifying all reservation details before finalizing payment. It is the client’s obligation to review these policies carefully and contact us with any questions prior to confirming the reservation.

Payments are processed within 24 hours of you receiving booking confirmation.

  • Clients are fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or their party during the trip.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited in all company vehicles. Drivers have the authority to terminate services immediately, without refund, in the event of inappropriate or unsafe behavior by clients.
  • San Juan Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by weather, airline schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances that impact client arrival.
  • Flight delays may affect transportation schedules. If the client fails to arrive at the designated pick-up location, service may be forfeited due to other scheduled commitments. We will make every effort to assist clients and coordinate solutions when possible.

Any changes to reservations, including schedule or pick-up location, must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the trip. Changes are subject to availability.

A $45 cleaning fee applies for non-service animals. Clients must notify us in advance if a pet will be traveling. Pets are required to remain restrained or in a carrier while inside the vehicle.

Reservations scheduled for pick-ups before 7:00 AM or after 8:00 PM are subject to an additional $50 charge.

  • Gratuity is automatically included for reservations made by a third party on behalf of a passenger.
  • All listed prices include taxes and applicable fees.

San Juan Limo, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group for reasons of safety, behavior, or to uphold our commitment to high-quality service.

Credits must be applied to a future reservation equal to the original value. If the new reservation exceeds the credited amount, the client is responsible for paying the difference.
