We took San Juan Limo to the ice climbing competition in Ouray from Montrose airport. I was a bit nervous to use a service I had never heard of since we needed a ride to and from the airport. I called ahead and they were as nice as can be. Maybe not great to base my decision on a hunch but I am so glad I did. San Juan was on time and professional. I am not sure if this is still the case but our cost included one stop so we got a trip to the grocery store as part of the deal. And our driver lived in the area and knew so much about what was good to see and do. I believe they are a fairly new business. I hope things go well for them so we can use them again and again.

Great service! Jim was there waiting for us at the airport when we got off the plane. They had already told me where to have a grocery order ready because it’s cheaper to buy in Montrose than Telluride, and we went right there and picked the groceries up very easy. Then it was a nice scenic ride into Telluride. Same on the way back, Jim was there before our scheduled pickup time and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Everything was easy and smooth Wewill definitely use San Juan Limo again!

What happens if my flight is canceled or delayed?

In the event of a delayed or cancelled flight, our team will be tracking your flight, assess the situation, and will work with you to the best of our ability to adjust your pickup time in accordance to your flight’s new arrival date and time. Depending on our availability, there may be delays in pickup times. If the new pickup time does not suit your needs properly, a full refund or ride credit will be offered.

What if I miss my flight?

A missed flight is nonrefundable. We will do our best to accommodate your new flight schedule, however, this will be solely based on our availability at the time of your new flight. We recommend travel insurance to help eliminate concerns of such an issue.

Can I cancel my reservation?

We provide a full credit or refund for cancellations made outside of our 48-hour cancellation window, subject to a deduction for any applicable credit card transaction fees. Please note that cancellations received within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are not eligible for a credit or refund.

Should I bring a car seat for my children?

We highly recommend using child safety or booster seats that are appropriate for your child’s age and size to ensure their safety. Although we provide a limited number of complimentary car seats, we suggest bringing your own for the best fit and peace of mind. If you need a car seat, please let us know when booking your reservation. Kindly note that passengers are responsible for properly installing the child safety seat.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Are pets allowed in your vehicles?

We are delighted to welcome your pet to join us on your journey. When booking our Luxury SUV, you are reserving the entire vehicle. Please note that the SUV has a maximum capacity of 7 passengers. For reservations with a full capacity of 7 passengers, accommodating a pet may not be possible due to space limitations. We will do our best to work with you to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.

How much luggage can I bring?

We have a 2 bag limit per person plus one personal item. This is applicable to change depending on passenger occupancy.

Where do I find my driver once I land?

Your driver will be waiting for you as you exit the terminal with a sign with your last name written on it. For whatever reason, if you cannot find your driver, you will be given your driver’s cell phone number the day of your arrival and can coordinate accordingly.

What types of vehicles do you offer for transportation?

Our SUVs are Ford Expedition Max XL Limited. Our vehicles comfortably fit up to 5 passengers, with a maximum capacity of 7 passengers.

Can I request a stop?

One free 30 min stop is included per reservation. $50 each additional 30 min stop contingent on car availability. It is highly recommended that you and your party purchase groceries online beforehand. We at San Juan Limo recommend placing your grocery order through South City Market.
