What happens if my flight is canceled or delayed?

In the event of a delayed or cancelled flight, our team will be tracking your flight, assess the situation, and will work with you to the best of our ability to adjust your pickup time in accordance to your flight’s new arrival date and time. Depending on our availability, there may be delays in pickup times. If the new pickup time does not suit your needs properly, a full refund or ride credit will be offered.

 

What if I miss my flight?

A missed flight is nonrefundable. We will do our best to accommodate your new flight schedule, however, this will be solely based on our availability at the time of your new flight. We recommend travel insurance to help eliminate concerns of such an issue.

 

Can I cancel my reservation?

We provide a full credit or refund for cancellations made outside of our 48-hour cancellation window, subject to a deduction for any applicable credit card transaction fees. Please note that cancellations received within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are not eligible for a credit or refund.

 

How do I cancel my reservation?

Please call or email us prior to 48 hours of your booked reservation time.

 

Should I bring a car seat for my children?

We highly recommend using child safety or booster seats that are appropriate for your child’s age and size to ensure their safety. Although we provide a limited number of complimentary car seats, we suggest bringing your own for the best fit and peace of mind. If you need a car seat, please let us know when booking your reservation. Kindly note that passengers are responsible for properly installing the child safety seat.

 

Are pets allowed in your vehicles?

We are delighted to welcome your pet to join us on your journey. When booking our Luxury SUV, you are reserving the entire vehicle. Please note that the SUV has a maximum capacity of 7 passengers. For reservations with a full capacity of 7 passengers, accommodating a pet may not be possible due to space limitations. We will do our best to work with you to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.

 

How much luggage can I bring?

We have a 2 bag limit per person plus one personal item. This is applicable to change depending on passenger occupancy.

 

Where do I find my driver once I land?

Your driver will be waiting for you as you exit the terminal with a sign with your last name written on it. For whatever reason, if you cannot find your driver, you will be given your driver’s cell phone number the day of your arrival and can coordinate accordingly.

 

What types of vehicles do you offer for transportation?

Our SUVs are Ford Expedition Max XL Limited. Our vehicles comfortably fit up to 5 passengers, with a maximum capacity of 7 passengers.

 

Can I request a stop?

One free 30 min stop is included per reservation. $50 each additional 30 min stop contingent on car availability. It is highly recommended that you and your party purchase groceries online beforehand. We at San Juan Limo recommend placing your grocery order through South City Market.
